Six new faces join the Evolved Search team!

It seems like only yesterday when we were moving into our expanded office space, yet we’re already getting close to capacity after welcoming another six new specialists to the Evolved Search team, adding a combined 22 years of agency experience to service our busy roster of clients.

And here they are…

Two of our newbies have joined the Content Marketing team, with Lauren Green and Lucy Dodds joining as Content Marketing Executives, taking the department headcount up to 8. Both bring experience from other local agencies and brands including Last Night of Freedom and Gap Medics.

We also welcomed Ryan McElderry as Senior Digital Designer, boasting almost a decade of senior design experience gained across digital, content, apps and print within local agencies. Ryan has worked with an array of B2C and B2B brands, from House of Fraser to Express Engineering, and will be a crucial part of the design team as we look to consistently improve our creative offering. Joining him on the design and development side is Martin Mulholland, who has started as Junior Front-end Developer as an exciting first step into his career.

Finally, we’re thrilled to introduce Chloe Chai and Jessica Higgins to our PR & Outreach team, as PR & Outreach Manager and Executive respectively. Chloe brings 9 years of PR experience to the already thriving team, gained at agencies including WMG and Search Laboratory. Jess joins us following over 4 years working in fashion PR, agency-side, in London, as well as boasting particular expertise in Social Media.

And we’re just getting started. We’re currently recruiting for Technical SEO Consultants, and over the course of 2019, we have forecasted an increase in turnover of 70%, allowing us to recruit more digital talent in the region.

Tom Etherington, our Organic Search Director, spoke of the new hires and Company growth, saying: “We’ve made phenomenal progress over the past couple of years thanks to industry recognition and some fantastic client wins, so we’re all busy on really exciting, rewarding work and the future is looking bright. These new hires bring a wide range of experience and passion for digital and I’m looking forward to seeing them all thrive as part of the Evolved Search team.”

In other news, Hayley Wright has been promoted to Senior SEO Account Manager, taking on more responsibility within the team and putting plans in place to better our client experience even further. Well done, Hayley!
