Evolved Search ranks 19th in Prolific North's Top 50 Digital Agencies 2022

Last week saw the annual Top 50 Digital Agencies revealed by Prolific North, a list which ranks and celebrates the best performing agencies across the North. After making our debut in the 2021 list – at number 35 – we are delighted to have ranked within the Top 20 for 2022, placing at number 19!

If your subtracting isn’t the quickest, that’s a jump of 16 places!

The Top 50 Digital Agencies list is researched by Mustard Research and based on an analysis of financial performance, EBITDA, staff headcount and client base, resulting in a clear view of the top performers across the North.

We’re one of 9 agencies from the North East to have ranked, with the largest majority of agencies on the list hailing from Yorkshire and the North West.

As an agency we’ve been on an ambitious growth plan since 2019, aiming to become one of the UK’s biggest completely independent agencies by the end of our financial year in 2024. This past year we’ve grown into a new, bigger office space in Newcastle city centre, bagged ourselves a new MD (with a familiar face!), introduced a 4-day week and welcomed staff from outside of the region to help bolster our team with the best talent, regardless of location.

We’ve also been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces and grown our client base and revenue substantially. It’s great to see all of these successes reflected on the Top 50 Digital Agencies list.

Evolved Search is one of a handful of agencies who have made a significant jump in placing from 2021 to 2022 and – as fiercely-competitive folk, we’re already thinking about what we can do to leap further in 2023. Naturally, the wheels are already in motion on that front as part of our 5-year plan, but with new blood in our sales team and the strongest squad of talent across all departments, we’re confident the only way is up.
