Meet our Client Services & Delivery Director, Hayley Fell

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve promoted Hayley Fell to Client Services & Delivery Director!

Hayley joined us back in 2018 as an Account Manager and has been an integral part of the agency’s leadership team since, later becoming Head of Client Services in March 2020 and working to build and develop our ever-growing client services division.  

As Client Services and Delivery Director, she’ll be responsible for all the overall client experience; ensuring every Evolved Search account is managed effectively and efficiently from a relationship, delivery, and commercial perspective. Hayley will also be overseeing the agency’s client-facing resources and ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of service delivery.

Finally, Hayley will also play an active role in wider strategic decisions to deliver against our vision and growth plan, which will hopefully make us the biggest independent Search Marketing agency in the North East.

Right now, we’re on track to exceed £5m in management fees during this current financial year and on top of that, we’re aiming to double this to £10m annual revenue by the end of their 2024 financial year.

Hayley, who has almost a decade of experience in client services roles, spoke of her new role, saying:

“I’m thrilled to be taking this important step up and could never have imagined I’d be given a director-level position when I joined the business just under three years ago. I’m so excited to continue my journey with Evolved Search, supporting the agency as we continue our path to further growth.”

And that’s not all…

In addition to the exciting news of Hayley Fell’s promotion, there have also been some new faces joining the Client Services team!

Ben Patterson joins us as Senior Client Success Manager and Harley Young has joined the team as an Account Manager.

Finally, Danielle Jones has been promoted to Client Services Lead and will oversee the general running of Client Services, reporting to Hayley.
