Excellence in SME People Practice 2022

We’re excited to announce that we’ve won the CIPD North East’s Award for Excellence in SME People Practice 2022. The CIPD North East Awards are designed to showcase and applaud excellent HR&D practices in our region.

The CIPD (aka The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) is the national association for human resource management professionals and their regional awards celebrate the organisations across the North East going above and beyond in People practice.

We’re proud to have been shortlisted for three awards this year:

Excellence in SME People Practice Award

The Excellence in SME People Practice was judged based on our commitment to personal development, values and culture, employee onboarding, and training practices. Some of the highlights that we showcased included were:

• Best-in-class personal development
• Values and culture-driven hybrid policy
• Value-based office environment, boosting collaboration and socialisation
• Onboarding for new employees
• Training partnerships to develop new roles and provide opportunities for new areas of expertise

We’re over the moon that the judges saw the value in our approach!
