Hayley is responsible for the agency’s overall client experience – ensuring accounts are managed effectively and efficiently, overseeing client-facing resources, and playing a role in wider agency decisions.
Bio
Hayley has 10 years of experience in digital across Account Management and Project Management, and twenty years experience in client or customer-facing roles. Hayley joined Evolved in October 2018 as their first Account Manager and built the Client Services function before moving into the Operations role.
Hayley is passionate about all things fashion and style and spends most of her free time styling her friends and family. She enjoys spending time with her friends, husband and dog, walking (not with her dog as he hates walking) or watching trash reality TV shows.
