Harley is responsible ensuring accounts are managed effectively and efficiently from a relationship, resourcing, operational and commercial perspective. She is also responsible for efficiencies within the agency, managing the time of employees to ensure everyone is utilised to the correct capacity.

Harley has almost 10 years of experience in account management within digital marketing, working across a diverse portfolio of clients covering multiple sectors.
