Exciting news! In our first year as part of the Great Place to Work initiative, we’ve made the cut and have been listed as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing!
The annual list celebrates businesses that have ranked highly in employee surveys/feedback and that have succeeded in making their employees experience high levels of wellbeing in the workplace.
Those clever data crunchers at Great Place to Work analyse employee feedback from this year’s surveys and measure every organisation up against the same set of criteria to compose the list for the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing, with employee wellbeing fundamentals like the below all key ranking factors:
- Work-life Balance
- Sense of fulfilment
- Job Satisfaction
- Pyschological Safety
- Financial Security
We were one of 56 businesses in the Small category (that’s businesses with 20 to 50 employees) to be ranked, coming in strong at number 15. Next year, we’ll have moved up to the Medium category and be up against organisations with up to 250 employees, which is exciting and daunting in equal measure!
This latest achievement as part of the Great Place to Work initiative can sit proudly alongside our other related accolades, including Best Workplaces for Women, Best Workplaces in Tech and more to be revealed over the course of this year. It’s another great indicator that we’re doing things right here when it comes to employee wellbeing and satisfaction, and this gives us a benchmark to springboard from for the years ahead.
