We’re thrilled to announce that Danielle Jones has been promoted to our Senior Leadership Team as Head of Client Services.
Danielle joined Evolved in 2019 as an Account Manager, having spent two years at another agency local to us, and since then she has excelled in the Client Services department with three promotions in as many years. So many of our clients cite Danielle as a key driver in their performance and we know there’ll be many people delighted to see her progress.
Client Services & Delivery Director, Hayley Fell, said:

She has hired and trained a new Account Management team, developed new processes, supported with rolling out our new agency-wide planning processes, and delivered the agency’s biggest-ever upsell opportunity, to list a few recent successes.
Danielle has an outstanding work ethic, great relationships with our clients, and makes everyone’s day brighter with her sharp wit.
