For the second year running, Evolved has made it onto the prestigious lists of the UK’s Best Workplaces. Not only that but we were awarded 2nd place in the Medium sized list, which comprises of businesses with up to 250 employees, which is a big step up from our appearance on the Small list last year in 11th place!
The Medium list has 100 businesses on it, featuring fellow agencies, tech companies and a wide range of other sectors, all with 51-250 employees. Our second place is a huge achievement for us as an agency and shows that the constant endeavours to improve employee experience are paying off and keeping our people happy.
Our inclusion on the UK’s Best Workplaces list is in addition to recent inclusions on the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women list (where we came 1st!), Best Workplaces in Tech and Best Workplaces for Wellbeing – which we came second on both.

We may be a small agency from up North, but we are small and mighty – that’s for sure! This accolade is a testament to our People initiatives, and gives us a highly-respectable new benchmark to keep improving on.”
The UK’s Best Workplaces list is formed from employee feedback, taken via anonymous surveys each year, and based on scores across 10 main criteria: Company Culture, Benefits, Senior Management, Wellbeing, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, Communication & Involvement, Career & Development, Social Wellbeing, People Focus, and Flexibility.
We also recently received our Great Place to Work accreditation for another year, showing our commitment to ongoing improvement in all aspects of being a great employer and listening to the views of our people to implement initiatives and change.
