Our work with clients involves producing successful, shareable creative content as well as creating and managing paid online marketing campaigns. We work with companies across a wide range of sectors including the automotive industry, jewellery and sporting goods. Role Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative graduate with a genuine spark for marketing to join our fast growing team. Reporting to the Account Director, you’ll be responsible for planning, developing and implementing our internal marketing across a range of channels. The right person will pride themselves in having a keen eye for detail and will have the personality to steer the projects they are involved in. Key parts of the role will involve identifying and researching target sectors and prospects, the administration and development of lead generation channels as well as responding to inbound enquiries from online and offline sources.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Working with the management team to create and implement new marketing ideas
  • Researching prospects and contacts via Google, Linkedin etc
  • Liaising with external sub-contractors & b2b partners
  • Ensuring marketing collateral is accurate and targeted
  • Working with sales pipeline software
  • Be responsible for driving your own development and knowledge of content marketing, utilizing the support from senior managers in the team.
  • Carry out additional ad-hoc duties as required by the business

Experience / Skills Required

  • You will be able to demonstrate experience in working on and/or creating marketing plans in a commercial environment or voluntary capacity
  • 2:1 degree or above (Desirable)
  • A degree in a relevant subject would be an advantage but is not essential
  • You will have excellent knowledge and experience across social channels and will be willing to take on the challenge of applying these skills in a B2B environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • You will have fantastic research skills
  • A fast learner, you will thrive in a changing environment and be a strong team player
  • You will be highly organised and with an outstanding attention to detail
  • You will have fantastic time management skills and the ability to hit strict deadlines
  • You will be proficient with using Microsoft Office suite
