About the Role

We’re offering the opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to take a key role within our Paid Media team.

The role will entail the management and development of a portfolio of client accounts across a range of competitive industries and paid channels. The right candidate will bring with them technical and strategic knowledge around managing client accounts and a proven track record of helping clients to reach and exceed their targets.

The position requires experience within Google Ads, Bing Ads, and the Facebook Ads platform. Experience with Amazon Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatical display systems is also desirable.

We’re looking for someone with a strong passion for paid advertising who is capable of understanding and keeping up with the latest technologies and practices.

Beyond this, we’re looking for a candidate who has the know-how and skills to help roll out these new approaches within the agency, assisting others in the team to advance their skills.


  • Managing and optimising client accounts to enhance performance and achieve success in relation to their targets.
  • Creating new account builds across a range of paid platforms.
  • Implementing bespoke client plans to unlock new opportunities and improve existing approaches.
  • Analysing data to provide informative insights and reporting to clients around performance.
  • Acting as the paid media lead within joint strategies for clients.
  • Assisting the sales team with technical and strategic support in relation to prospective client accounts.

What we're looking for


  • At least 2 years’ experience in running commercial PPC accounts with sizeable budgets.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • A clear track record of success in researching and executing Paid Ad campaigns.
  • Well-developed ability to communicate with clients and other parties supporting account management and sales teams.
  • Knowledge around implementing tracking solutions with the support of the Google Tag team and third parties.


  • Knowledge of Amazon Advertising, LinkedIn Ads or Programmatic display systems.
  • A basic understanding of organic search and how other channels interact with paid media campaigns.
