About the role:

This newly developed role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to broaden their overall HR skills, experience, and knowledge whilst working on growth projects for a forward-thinking employer of choice in the digital industry. 

Reporting to our Head of People, you will act as the first point of contact for the smooth running of our day-to-day People practice. This is a busy role with lots of opportunities for innovation and new ideas, but with a keen focus on all aspects of our People operations, including recruitment and talent attraction, management of the performance cycle, change transformation projects, training and development – and much more!

Duties/Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to:

Recruitment management

  • Creating and developing adverts and job descriptions.
  • Management of our ATS and recruitment platforms and support with shortlisting.
  • Arranging and attending/supporting with interviews.
  • Providing hiring managers with advice on practice throughout the recruitment process.
  • Updating recruitment processes in line with the digital environment.
  • Onboarding and induction management.

HR generalist support

  • People EVP projects.
  • Benefits development and management.
  • People document amendments and development.
  • Internal policy development and training.
  • Internal people process support.
  • Management of our eNPS software and pulse surveys.
  • Management and internal training on the people system.
  • Generalist employee relations support to people managers.

Administration and management of the following:

  • ATS and People system.
  • Onboarding/Exits.
  • Letter templates and people related documents.
  • Policies 
  • Employee files including personal documents and GDPR.
  • Payroll support to the Office Manager.
  • Monthly People metrics and People Board administration.
  • Benefits.
  • Employee voice platform.
  • Employer brand support to Brand Marketing Consultant.
  • Ad-hoc data reports and projects.
  • HR agendas/meeting planning.
  • EDI/CSR initiatives.
  • Coordination and management of social events.

What we're looking for:

We’re seeking an organised, enthusiastic HR professional who can hit the ground running and become a key part of our People team.

Desired skills and attributes include:

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar HR generalist role.
  • CIPD Qualified level 3 minimum – aspire to complete level 5.
  • Awareness of HR transformation projects.
  • Experience in managing HR software including an ATS.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident and flexible approach to taking on new tasks and projects.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
