About the Role:

The role of the Account Executive falls within the Operations team, reporting to the Client Services Lead and Client Services & Delivery Director.

You will build and maintain long-term relationships between the business and its customers within an assigned portfolio of accounts. 

The key focus within your role is to service clients in line with the Client Services Operating Model and the clients’ objectives with the aim of long-term retention of our customers’ businesses.

Day-to-day, you will ensure that the needs and expectations of our clients are exceeded, working closely with all internal departments that may handle the customer’s work to ensure campaign work is of high quality and delivered on time. Objectives will likely involve project management, resourcing, and efficiencies.

Duties and Responsibilities

A day-in-the-life of an Account Executive looks a little like this…

Key responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Support with the effective onboarding of new clients, and contribute to the ongoing reporting of Evolved’s progress, results, and impact to key client contacts. 
  • Become the main day-to-day point of contact for your portfolio of clients to cultivate positive long-lasting relationships.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with peers working on the same accounts and projects to ensure consistent service, deadlines are met, and clients’ expectations are exceeded.
  • Ensure client communication and meetings are delivered in line with the Client Services Operating Model.
  • Maintain accurate client records and contact details. 
  • To work with the Client Services & Delivery Director to identify any issues with client delivery plans.
  • Continuously improve your own knowledge to gain a balanced understanding of key developments within digital marketing.
  • Work collaboratively with all teams, building strong professional relationships with colleagues.

What we're looking for:

We’re looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm who can make an impact from the off! You’ll also have:

  • Relevant experience, ideally working within a digital or marketing role.
  • Previous account management or project management is desirable.
  • Be confident managing a diverse workload and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage your own workload independently and as part of a team. 
  • An understanding of digital marketing is desirable but not a requirement.
  • Be enthusiastic and willing to learn new knowledge and skills.
